Remembering The Great Arbitrator's of Covid Response
Let us never forget the unelected bureaucrats who ruined your life for the past two and half years.
Back in August 2022, Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Rochelle Walensky made a straight-outta-left-field, confounding announcement that most of the world conveniently missed. Offhandedly, and while full of her usual hubris, Walensky dropped a bombshell regarding the countless deadly, draconian, and failed policies the CDC and other government agencies willfully oppressed the nation with for the past two-plus years. In a single sentence, she effectively admitted to the world that they were wrong.
Her little walk-back went something like this,
“For 75 years, CDC and public health have been preparing for COVID-19, and in our big moment, our performance did not reliably meet expectations” Walensky said.
As our daily clown world continues its march into the seemingly unending dystopian assault of our New Normal, I find myself often wondering, who the hell are these people? You know, the ones who seemingly appeared out of nowhere like irrelevant characters in a poorly written novel right around February 2020 and who were instantly kinged and queened The Great Arbitrators of Covid Response by the state run corporate propaganda media.
These are the same people who spent two years creating Covid policies seemingly out of thin air only to perform a volte-face on nearly all of them leaving the public feeling lost and confused, which in retrospect, may have been the entire point. Have these people always been lurking in the shadows, peeking out in-between piles of river rock, or have they been hiding in plain sight all along while we, their future hapless Covid victims, failed in our own due diligence to see that which was staring right at us the entire time, stalking us with claws out ready to pounce?
While the majority of the population has, over the years, trotted along consuming the mundanity of everyday life, people like Walensky, Fauci, Califf and countless other healthcare policy makers were being carefully positioned into their requisite un-elected power roles in counties, cities and states throughout the country, and it would be these same dictators policy makers who would be responsible for the numerous draconian, life altering (and death facilitating) failed Covid mandates, rules, and regulations that have dictated our lives since early 2020.
From shutting down schools for a whopping two cases of Covid, to forcing two year olds to wear breathing restrictive face masks, to mandatory Covid testing to enter the United States (bonus: remember when the PCR test functioned more like a medieval torture device? That was fun). And don’t forget the mandatory quarantine for something like, I dunno, visiting another state, the forced closures with penalties and fines for small businesses even right before the holidays, and the unending pro vaccine propaganda that was constantly pushed at us, including on our children, from all avenues of the state-run corporate media along with corresponding, super cool policies like refusing lifesaving organ transplants to the unvaccinated (much more on all things vaccines later).
Lest we forget The Great Arbitrator’s of Covid Response’s new and improved “compassionate care” Covid hospital protocols where only certain medications, treatments, and protocols were allowed (no family allowed though, sorry) that were so “compassionate” some patients were forced to execute prison like escapes in order to survive them.
While all of these diktat’s deserve to be memorialized in their own horrifying right, there’s few policies more egregious than The Great Arbitrator’s of Covid Response to murdering protecting the elderly.
Evidence Piece A. Isolation
Evidence Piece B. Forced Co-Habitation with Covid+ Patients
Evidence Piece C. Vax Roll Out Time!
None of it stopped Covid.
I started this Substack because, like so many of you, I am left dazed and confused years later, wondering what the heck has happened to us, how did our lives take this giant U-turn, and how do we get ourselves and our country back on the straight and narrow and recreate a world where we once again feel free to control our own healthcare? Moreover, how can we make sure this never happens again because it can’t. Not ever.
Part of the answer to these questions lies in accountability, and true accountability can only occur when we never forget. The Great Arbitrators of Covid Response want nothing more than their entire existence to be conveniently memory holed as if the past two years were but a dream (that is, of course, until there’s another pandemic requiring their fervent attention) and it’s up to us never to let that happen.
